Das Amare ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Die Stühle, auf denen wir saßen, sind etwas unbequem, der Raum an sich ist recht hellhörig. Die Preise sind für die gebotene Qualität angemessen. Die Käsevariation als Vorspeise war großzügig, schön angerichtet und lecker. Ich kenne das eher als Nachspeise, ich fand es aber gut so. Die Pizza ist ein Knaller. Der Boden ist genial knusprig und aromatisch. Die Pizza Parma - Burrata ist etwas irreführend, statt Parmaschinken findet sich hier Mortadella die Parma drauf. Steht aber alles in der Beschreibung, deshalb völlig okay. Perfekt sind die gereichten Scheren, endlich kein Abmühen beim Teilen der Pizza mehr. Punktabzug gibt's für die Sprühsahne auf dem Bananen-Toffee-Dessert. Frisch aufgeschlagene Sahne hätte ich hier schon erwartet. Das Panna Cotta war etwas lieblos angerichtet, aber geschmacklich wunderbar. Im Tiramisu ist Rum, statt dem typischen und originalen Amaretto - das ist schade. Dennoch, eine Empfehlung für das Amare! Wenn auch auf der Speisekarte noch etwas Luft nach oben herrscht.

One of , if not, the best Italian food experience we have had outside of Italy , amongst us we had starters and both pizza and pasta dishes , a really good and balanced food experience ce and excellent service We will for sure return to this pace

Wow, das war einfach nur ein Gaumenschmaus. Noch nie so gut italienisch in Deutschland gegessen. Es war super lecker und bei der Pizza war sogar eine Schere dabei, die für mich das Pizza essen endlich einfach gemacht haben. Danke euch für diesen tollen Abend mit tollen Service und freundlicher Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir würden gerne 10 ⭐ vergeben! Am letzten Abend unseres Urlaubes sind wir hier her geflüchtet, da bei uns in Bad Schandau nichts mehr zu finden war und Amare hat uns unseren letzten Abend versüßt! Super leckeres Essen trifft auf hervorragenden Service mit leckerem Wein und einer sehr schönen sowie abwechslungsreich modernen Location. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und trotz später Stunde wurden wir willkommen geheißen. Ich wüsste nicht wann ich das letzte Mal - oder jemals - so eine gute Pizza gegessen hätte!! Wir hatten beide Uwe Getränke, Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und können auch bei der Preis-Leistung nichts meckern.
